AMI-trained Primary Guide
We are currently accepting applications for an AMI-trained Primary Guide.
Qualifications
● AMI Primary diploma from an AMI training center
● 3 years experience guiding an AMI Montessori Children’s House community
● A commitment to education as a means for human development
● An ability to consider the beliefs and perspectives of others
● A willingness to support a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
● An ability to lead, plan, organize, and support a classroom of students in an authentic Montessori setting
● A dedication to environmental sustainability and social justice
● A belief and trust in the child
● An ability to regularly observe the children
Classroom Assistant
Organic Beginnings is currently accepting applications for classroom assistants.
Qualifications
● An ability to provide integral support in ensuring the children receive the best quality Montessori experience
● An ability to contribute to a warm, supportive, and calm classroom environment
● An ability to recognize the needs of the guide and the children
● An eagerness to learn and grow as a professional
● A commitment to education as a means for human development
● An ability to consider the beliefs and perspectives of others
