The mission of the Educate for Peace Foundation is to provide a safe place that offers accessible, authentic Montessori education to underserved families in the Hampton Roads area.
Our guides are certified through Association Montessori Internationale (AMI), Maria Montessori's teacher training that she, herself, developed to guarantee an authentic academic curriculum. Our educational services and events are for all ages, in a traditional Montessori environment, coupled with an outdoor garden that allows children the instruction and freedom to grow their own food and work in harmony with nature.

Education
Imagine a place where both children and adults have the opportunity to gather and to learn how best to thrive in their respective roles. Educate for Peace gives families the chance to find education that fits their needs, that offers children a chance at independence, peaceful problem-solving, and practicing freedom with limits.

Scholarships
We understand that an authentic Montessori education has become widely inaccessible. The Montessori philosophy, however, was created for every child. To keep it as such, we offer scholarship opportunities to underserved communities.
